Most formulas come in a granular, extracted form, with a 1 gram measuring spoon, to be mixed with warm water, though can be encapsulated for a fee. Generally a custom formula will run $25-50 a bottle and will be appropriately targeted to areas of concern. Chinese herbal formulas can address a myriad of issues including pain – shoulder pain, neck pain, hip pain, menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes or night sweats, irritability, sleeplessness, anxiety, trauma, and more!
