A book that outlines the ways in which a whole food plant based diet has a broad spectrum positive effect on our health. The last few chapters detail the ways in which our government through its various alphabet agencies joins forces with big pharma, big food, and especially academia to stand in the way of our access to said diet and the research supporting it.
